Sell the ticket. Build the audience for what comes next.
Sell tickets, manage entry and keep your audience within reach — whether you run parties, live shows, workshops or recurring communities.
I sell event tickets
- The party ends. Your audience doesn’t have to disappear with it. — Dancers pay online instead of at the door, and for a night with a familiar crowd you can approve each registration before anyone pays. After the party, they can join your community right from the event page and hear about the next one. (Early-bird pricing that ends on the date you set; A promoter link for each partner, with the tickets it brought in; Next edition announced by email, plus push or WhatsApp)
- Sell the tickets before the doors open. — For DJ nights, themed parties and special editions: release your ticket waves ahead of time and keep the door moving. If one night gets bigger, add places to that event only, without changing your plan. (Second-wave tickets that go on sale by themselves; A scanner role for your team; Extra places for the big night only)
- A different show each night. Not a different system. — For comedy clubs and open mics: every show gets its own page, with tickets and a set number of places. When the room is full, anyone still keen joins the waitlist. (Registration closes itself when the room is full; A freed place goes to the next person on the waitlist, automatically; Your club’s lineup on a portal with your logo)
- Run the show. Keep ticketing and entry under control. — For live clubs, venues and promoters: sell online, then scan tickets at the door with a phone. The attendee list shows how many people are already in. (Tickets in Apple Wallet and Google Wallet; Who’s already in, in your attendee list; Ticket money goes straight to your Stripe account)
- The ticket, the performance and the seat need to match. — For independent theatres and producers: audiences pick their seat on the venue map as they buy. Each performance has its own seats and ticket categories. (Audiences pick their seat on the venue map; Save the venue once, reuse it for every performance; Price categories, like student or concession tickets)
- One dance weekend, several kinds of ticket. — Sell separate tickets for workshops, the party and a full pass, each with its own price, stock and sales window. Scan QR codes at the door, and stay in touch between editions with the dancers who join your community. (Workshop, party and full pass tickets, each with its own stock; QR check-in, no paper lists; An event chat for schedule, rooms and travel)
- Your event is growing. Your capacity can grow with it. — Add places beyond the included capacity straight from the event’s settings. For big volumes or several editions, email us and we’ll put together a custom package. (Volunteers with a scanner role at every gate; Separate stock for general, VIP and camping; Refund from your admin, and the place goes to the waitlist)
- One company, one order, the whole team registered. — For conferences and professional events: a company registers its whole team in one order. Your registration form is part of buying the ticket, and the answers show up right in your admin. (Up to 20 attendees per order, each with their own ticket; Your own sign-up questions: company, role, dietary needs; Promo codes for partners and speakers)
- Many cities. Many dates. One community. — Every tour date gets its own page, with its own capacity and ticket categories. Fans from every city can join the same community to hear about your next stop. (An event page for every city and date; A promoter link for each city, with reports and export; Move a tour date and every ticket holder is told automatically)
- Competitors and spectators, on one event page. — For races, tournaments and competitions: competitors pick their category and T-shirt size as part of buying their ticket, while spectators buy their own. At the entrance, everyone is checked in by QR code. (Race category and T-shirt size asked at sign-up; Separate tickets for competitors and spectators; Weather moves the date? Everyone registered is notified automatically)
- Visitors buy online and arrive with the ticket on their phone. — For exhibitions and ticketed visits: set up ticket categories, each with its own sales window, and decide how many visitors the event takes. Tickets arrive by email and can be added to the phone’s wallet. (Full, concession and group tickets, each with its own price; Promo codes for school groups; QR ticket by email, plus Apple Wallet or Google Wallet)
- Organize tonight’s tickets and stay connected for the next screening. — For film clubs and screening nights: people pay in the browser, with no app and no account needed upfront. Pick the next film together with a community poll. (Checkout in the browser, no app or account needed upfront; Abandoned payments get an email with a pay-now link; Polls to choose next month’s film)
I run classes and experiences
- Run the workshop. Keep registrations and payments out of your inbox. — Attendees register and pay online, and Oblio issues the invoice automatically. Your registration form is part of buying the ticket, so you know everyone’s level and expectations before the workshop starts. (Oblio invoice issued automatically after card payment; Your own sign-up questions, with answers in your admin; Pay by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay)
- Create the experience. Keep registrations out of your DMs. — For pottery, painting or cooking: share one link and people register and pay on their own. When the class is full, the waitlist refills any spot someone gives up. (One person can book their friends in the same order; A waitlist that refills freed spots on its own; A photo gallery of the work from every class)
- Less chasing. More time for the class. — Collect sign-ups and payments for your classes, and let reminders send the pre-class messages for you. Regulars can take a monthly membership and book before everyone else. (A reminder 24 hours before, by email and push; The online class link, shown only to accepted attendees; Memberships with early access to booking)
- Fewer separate lists for classes and dance nights. — Classes and social nights go up as events, with sign-up and payment. Students on a membership carry a member pass on their phone, and the whole school talks in one chat. (Class memberships, paid monthly online; A member pass on their phone, always up to date; A school-wide chat for every student)
- The conversation shouldn’t restart at every meetup. — People sign up for each meetup, and you know their level in advance. They pick the next topic themselves, in a poll. (An engagement score for your regulars; Polls for the next meetup’s topic; Personal invites for new members)
- Does your event start with a form? Make it part of the ticket. — Attendees answer your diet, room and travel questions as part of buying their ticket, not in a separate form. The group then gets organized in the event chat, and after the weekend you announce the next edition in your community. (Diet, room and travel questions at sign-up; A group chat for packing, travel and schedule; Required questions are answered before payment)
I run a club or community
- The meetup ends. Your club keeps going. — Members connect and message each other directly. For meetups with limited places, you approve each attendee before they buy a ticket, so the right people end up in the room. (Private notes and ratings on every member (CRM); Member connections and private messages; Ambassadors who invite new members)
- One place for everything your venue has coming up. — Workshops, community nights and meetups live on a portal with your logo and colours. People see what’s next and sign up without hunting for separate links. (A portal on your own subdomain, like events.yourdomain.com; Announcements to every member, in the app and by push; A photo gallery of past nights)
- Give members more than a monthly meetup. — For founder clubs and communities with a monthly or yearly fee: members pay online and their perks apply automatically. A membership can include members-only events and early booking. (Monthly or yearly memberships, with a trial period; A member pass in Apple Wallet and Google Wallet; Multi-community access bundles with your partners)
- Several kinds of access, one event. — For cultural nights, talks and experiences with several access options: every category has its own price and stock. Open some events only to people with the access code, and approve each attendee yourself before they pay for others. (Ticket categories with their own price and stock; Passwords for guests and partners; Private events, opened only with the access code)
- Members need more than an occasional invitation. — Keep every member in one place, with search, roles and notes. Dues are paid online, and updates reach everyone at once. (You approve every join request; Annual dues paid online as a membership; Personal invites by email or WhatsApp)
- A familiar, safe crowd: you approve every attendee before they pay. — For board game nights, themed outings and group activities: every registration comes to you, and the ticket can be bought only once you accept it. Pick the next date together, and your most active members climb the leaderboard. (A poll to pick the next outing’s date; Tickets can be bought only after you accept the registration; Shared photo albums from every outing)

From one event to the next, without starting from scratch.
The event page handles sign-ups and payments. Your community keeps you close to everyone who chooses to stay.
- One page to register and pay. — Publish the event and share one link. People sign up and pay in their browser, with no app to install.
- See attendance without rebuilding the list. — See who signed up and who paid, then scan QR codes at the door. If your plan includes the waitlist, freed places fill themselves.
- The next event already has a home. — After the event, attendees can join your community right from the event page. When you publish the next event, members hear about it by email and on their phone — as a push notification or, if you’ve connected it, on WhatsApp.
What you pay Oameni, and what is separate
- 0% Oameni platform fee on eligible payments — Oameni doesn’t add a fee to tickets and registrations paid by card through Stripe. Your subscription, Stripe’s processing fees and any connected-service charges still apply. Purchases made inside the mobile app follow the app store’s rules and may include a separate Oameni platform fee.
- Online payments through Stripe — Attendees pay by card, and the money goes straight to your Stripe account. Stripe’s processing fees apply separately, depending on your account and the transaction type.
- Oblio invoicing for Romania — Connect Oblio and the invoice is issued automatically once a card payment is confirmed through Stripe. Oblio’s own service costs are separate from your Oameni plan.
- WhatsApp: what it sends and what it costs — WhatsApp is available on plans that include it, once you connect your WhatsApp Business number. New events, changes and confirmations go out on WhatsApp to members who don’t get push notifications; any WhatsApp messaging charges apply separately.

Frequently asked questions
Is this my organizer subscription or a ticket to an event?
This page is for choosing an Oameni plan to organize your community and events. Event tickets and any member subscriptions are purchased separately under each organizer’s offer.
Which plan fits my activity?
Start with three questions: how many people come to an event, how often you run events and which features you need — online payments, a waitlist, a portal, WhatsApp messages. If a single event outgrows the included capacity, add places to that event only; for special requirements, write to us about a custom package.
Is the yearly price paid monthly?
No. With yearly billing you pay the full year up front, and the subscription renews every year. The monthly equivalent is shown only so you can compare.
Can I try a paid plan before choosing it?
Yes. Eligible paid plans include a trial, shown on each plan card. A card is required to start it; when the trial ends, the subscription continues automatically at the displayed price unless you cancel first. The trial is available once per account.
Do attendees have to install the app?
No. Attendees sign up and pay in their browser, without installing the app or creating an account first. The app helps people who want push notifications, but it’s optional.
Are there costs besides the Oameni subscription?
There can be: Stripe’s payment fees, WhatsApp charges and Oblio’s cost, if you use those services. They’re explained in the costs section above.
What happens if I change or cancel my subscription?
You change or cancel your plan from your community’s subscription settings. If you cancel, it stays active until the end of the paid period. Each plan’s features are listed on its card, so you see them before you choose.
How do I collect attendee payments?
Connect your Stripe account and attendee payments go straight to it. Review Stripe’s processing and payout terms — the payout schedule is separate from the moment an attendee registers.
Can I use Oblio for invoices?
Yes, on plans that include Oblio, for Romania. Once it’s connected, an invoice is issued automatically after every card payment confirmed through Stripe.
Is WhatsApp included at no extra cost?
The integration is included on plans with WhatsApp, but WhatsApp’s messaging charges may apply separately. You connect your WhatsApp Business number, and new events, date changes, confirmations and invitations go out on WhatsApp to members who don’t get push notifications. Reminders stay on email and push.
Do I have to replace my website or existing group?
No. You can start by using Oameni for events only and share the links through the channels you already use. Conversations and contacts don’t move over automatically; you decide what to bring into the community, and when.
Can I sell both event access and memberships?
Yes, if your plan includes Stripe payments. A ticket gets someone into one event; a membership gets them whatever you set for members — members-only events, early booking, a member pass in Apple Wallet and Google Wallet.
Is the attendee limit the same as the number of members?
No. Included capacity is how many attendees a single event can have. Your plan doesn’t cap how many members your community has, and events are counted separately. The feature table explains how each limit works.
Can I have a portal for my community?
Yes, on plans that include the portal. You can publish it on a subdomain of your own domain, such as events.yourdomain.com, with your logo and colours. Oameni attribution stays visible on the portal.
Can I manage multiple communities?
Yes. Plans are billed per community, so each community picks the plan it needs. An active plan on one community doesn’t automatically cover the others.
Can I host an event larger than the included capacity?
Yes. The attendee number on each plan is the included capacity, not the platform’s ceiling. Add places to an event from its settings, or write to us about a custom package.
Do I have to change plans to get more capacity?
Not necessarily. If only one event needs more places, buy an upgrade for that event. If you also need other features or often run large events, a bigger plan or a custom package may suit you better.
Does a capacity upgrade cover one event or all events?
You buy an upgrade from an event’s settings, and it adds places to that event only. You see the price and the number of extra places before paying. Planning several large events? Talk to us about a custom package.
Does a 0% Oameni platform fee mean ticket sales are free?
No. “0% Oameni platform fee” means we don’t add a fee to card payments through Stripe, for eligible tickets and registrations. Your plan, Stripe’s processing fees and any connected services may still have separate costs. Purchases made inside the mobile app follow the app store’s rules and may include a separate Oameni platform fee.
Will Oameni automatically bring me new buyers?
We don’t promise sales or a number of buyers. We give you the tools: the event page, promoter links and updates to your community. Promotion is still up to you.
Can I try Oameni if I already sell tickets elsewhere?
Yes, you can start with a suitable event. Ticket imports, shared inventory and scanning tickets issued by another provider aren’t included, so write to us before your tickets go on sale.
Can I sell full passes, party passes or day access?
You can sell different categories for the same event — for example workshop, party and full pass — each with its own price, stock and sales window. A ticket is valid only for the event it was bought for, not for other separate events or sessions; if your program needs that, write to us.
What should I plan for entry at a large event?
Expected attendance, how many gates and volunteers are scanning, your ticket categories and the internet connection at the entrance — ticket scanning needs a connection.
Prepare your next experience, not another set of lists.
